The Current Situation in Afghanistan
Heavy rainfall has caused deadly flash floods in northern Afghanistan. More than 300 people have died in the region. Over 2,000 homes, 3 mosques, and 4 schools have also been destroyed. Authorities have declared a state of emergency.
