YEG Food Hamper Program

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an increase in food insecurity among families in Edmonton, AB, as many families faced shortfalls in income from job losses, reduction in hours worked, among other challenges. To address the need for food within the community, from January to April, we provided food insecure families with a monthly hamper of 72lb of groceries that addresses all their grocery needs for the month.
